Dear Mr. Lobello,
I just wanted to write and tell you about an experience I had with Jim Dennis today. I happened to be on the Gateway website and filled out a quick appraisal form to see what the worth of my Lexus RX330 was. Jim contacted me via phone on Monday and when he had missed me followed up with an email. I had an impossible challenge that I told him about via a return email, out of work, scary monthly payment and still owing more then my car is worth on a trade in. Now I had stopped in at a Jeep dealer in Manahawkin who treated me like a nut case when I told him my scenerio and basically made comments of what a bad situation I had gotten myself into. Of course, one feels bad enough getting laid off and really didn't need to hear that. Regardless I thought I'd just do some more research and see if anything could be done. I laid it all on the line for Jim and while I don't have the qualifications to get out of my Lexus right now I must say that Jim was so helpful and professsional and didn't make me feel crazy for even trying. He could have looked at the situation, said it's hopeless and not even answered and I probably would have figured it was par for the course with car salesman. It's a shame there are those out there that give your industry a bad name because there are great ones there and you have one in Jim.
I will remember the help he gave me and I will surely tell friends of my experience with Gateway Toyota.
